Online Account Portal

Hyphen offer a fully integrated Online Account Portal via our website. Once we have created your account, you will be able to view and download important documents such as your service charge account statement, the building's insurance documentation and more.

Furthermore, this facility allows you to log and track issues. You simply log an issue, we pick it up and you watch as we beaver away towards an efficient resolution.

We respond to all e-mails within 24 hours and callbacks are always returned within 5 working hours.

Completely Paperless

Our Company is 100% paperless.

Moving with the times, we use an advanced cloud-based (256-bit encrypted) filing system, meaning that we are able to carry thousands of quickly accessible documents in our pockets without damaging the environment.

Where possible, we do not issue hard-copy documents to our Clients or Leaseholders, instead encouraging them to access documents via the Online Portal, or making a request via e-mail.
